it's shark season!
so i have this little surf spot up the coast in northern cal. it's indian summer time now and this time of year always has the most feeling in it.
i was out in the water a few days ago and we saw five whales swim by, a pod of dolphins, and there were sea lions all around us. the great white sharks come in and eat the seals around this time of year and i began to wonder if mr grey suit was swimming around pondering wether i was a seal or not. i am not a seal!! it's days like these that make you feel alive.
and in these days the fall tour is coming together and i am so excited about what we are going to do. and what might that be, you ask?
well, i am thinking about it having a kind of planetarium vibe. a whole stage full of stars telling the story of ursa major --course i better write the story of ursa major, zounds!
i think we are going to change the stage around and put brad up front. also, you all will be seeing a lot more of our beloved lee who will be playing key boards and guitars.
as you all already know, abe and his beard will be in full swagger. remind me soon to tell you of his homage to rock stars who wear white suits, but that is another story for today is about mr grey suit prickling with wonder and danger. indeed these are the days my friends.
